The same Nanuk 915 without foam is US$220, and with foam over US$400, on Amazon.co.jp. Imports of heavy or bulky goods is just so costly.

I will just have to see what similar product is here in the camera stores already.

Most hard cases I see now can only accomodate 3 or 4 batts. I'l like to carry 6, + quad and car charger, and VHF radio. I like those two. Anyone tried them?

Polar Pro case. I use it for storing the Mavic at home and for short trips. I have a Lowepro backpack for my DSLR gear and the Mavic fits in a lens compartment for longer trips. It sure beats having to bring two backpacks on hiking trips (I also have a P3P).

The creator of the design will create one for you and the inside he lines with a cushion foam (at the touch points). He's posted the 3d print files on thingiverse if you want to make your own.....otherwise send him an email (either via thingiverse or he's also active on rcgroups.com under the name airshares).

I had him make me one himself and mail it to me. He made it with the same gray plastic he used in the photos above (those are photos of his). I was very happy with the quality. I bought this sticker to put on it:
DJI Mavic Pro Decal Matte White and Gold Drone Quadcopter Sticker | eBay

It came out looking like a stock box that DJI themselves could have issued along with the Mavic.

Do you guys think this will fit? If I remove the zipper bottom area. The mavic from what I understand is 3.26"x3.26Xx 7.79". The inside of this is shown below. Looking for one to protect it when I put it in a hiking bag etc. thoughts? anyone use something like this?

Nice! I also picked up a couple - way too good of a deal to pass up!

Btw you should consider spraying the foam insert with plasti-dip. I did mine and I'm very happy with the result (firmer foam that wont break at the seams).

I bought a Pelican Air 1485. It's a little bigger than necessary but weighs less and I thought it was cool. I used the plasti-dip method on the foam although I would have preferred the Kaizen if it was available. I put a custom decal on the outside that I designed to mimic the logo on the side of the Mavic.
