Charging Hub Firmware

Just got my charging hub today and read in the manual that you need to update it with a new firmware. However, checking the download section of the MP on dji's website did not show any firmware for the charging hub. Could this be: update the firmware of the charging hub "when" the firmware is available?

Is the hub at least supposed to show up in DJI Assistant software? mine does not.
Ie like the mavic or controller will show up in the list when plugged in with the USB cable.

It will if it needs to, my guess is that there was an aborted plan to enable smart features on the standard hub when they decided to sell the advanced hub.
