Charging Port

Is anyone else having issues with the charging hub/ charger in general? Mine will only charge when plugged in to certain outlets (only like 1 in my whole house). Anyone have any ideas?

Perhaps some outlets don't have enough Amperes? I assume your electrical wiring is all certified, but...

I've had that happen with my Dell laptop charger. There was AC, as the charger was seen but laptop would say the charger was unsupported.

Hmmm, maybe your polarity in your house is messed up? In AC the neutral should be the longer/taller leg in the outlet. I haven't heard of any devices being sensitive to AC polarity in a very long time but its worth a try to flip the plug and plug it in the other way if you can (older outlets). Otherwise get an outlet tester for $5 at your local big box and test them. It might light up a reverse neutral on all of them except the one that works. Its easy to swap the black and white wires on the back of the outlet to reverse it.
