Crashed and need support

Good morning fellow pilots. I crashed my Magic Air 2 this week and broke the gimbal. Less than a year old and I have the full warranty protection. I called DJI as instructed on the website but it looks like there is no support. I may be late to the party on what’s going on. Any suggestions on what I do now about sending it in for repairs?

I assume it's the DJI CARE REFRESH that you have.

Follow the instructions from this site to get a claim ticket started.

I called and it said they’ve suspended calls. I’d have to email, which is not in their written instructions.

I tried and it was suspended. They aren’t doing chats. I can try again.

Yes. I have a the Care Refresh. The instructions say that I need to call but when I do, the recording says they will not be taking calls now.

Maybe try what they are suggesting you do instead then?

I would "Guess" it's due to some parts of China being shut down for a couple of weeks due to a new wave of C-19 raging in their country.

Problem solved. Apparently DJI was not online over the weekend but I reached someone today. Sending it in for a replacement. Thanks everyone.

I must be old fashioned. I wouldn’t expect to get in touch with anyone on the weekend.

It depends on where you live. DJI does normally offer phone support in the US 7 days a week.

Oh I understand that. It’s just me. I am always surprized when I get in touch with someone on a weekend. Lol
