Hi all,

Today I went for a flight as I do everyday and when I came back the drone started auto landing with the battery at 26% saying critically low battery, cell voltages were still at 3.67v.
My low battery limits are set to 15% low battery warning and 10% critical low battery warning. Why would it have started auto landing at 26% already? I regularly fly lower than that down to 20% or so and it never did that before.

Have a look at your battery condition in Go4 and see if the 3 cells are all at the same level? You may have a faulty cell in the battery ...

Checked that immediately, they were all within .01v in the app. When I look at the flight log it shows they were all within 0.006v from one another. Battery has 236 cycles on it

What happened is impossible to determine without the flight log.

I think I found the reason the drone started auto landing. The drone calculates how much power is needed to come back to ground despite what the warning levels are set at. The red part of the bar creeps past the point that is set in the app. I usually do not fly any higher than 30 to 60m. This time with quite a breeze behind me I went higher up to save power coming back, but with the battery being low and at that moment I was still in gps mode it thought it could not make it back with the remaining battery. I'm not sure but I believe it would have canceled if I switched it back to sport. I changed the parameters in sport to descend at 8m/s, gps being 3m/s the calculations made it think it wont make it.

Anyhoo, I still landed back home with 20% battery remaining so it panicked without reason lol

The screenshot is another flight I did to test what happened, this time in sport it did not start to autoland.
