Crystalsky and the Mavic Pro

I am having toruble connecting the Crystalsky monitor to my Mavic Pro.
Anything special I need to do?

How might you be connecting? We recommend using Type-C from the bottom of the CrystalSky to USB-A (on the bottom of the Mavic).

Most importantly: If you are using the USB-A port on the bottom of the Mavic RC YOU MUST disconnect your regular RC cable from the left of the RC.
