Tried to download it but never received a confirmation email. Had this problem before, but air ai customer service solved it very quickly—they were super efficient. Not sure if Deep Seek has such a quick and responsive customer support team, though. Hopefully, they get back to me soon because I was really looking forward to trying it out. If anyone else had a similar issue, let me know how you solved it
