DHL seems to have lost a shipment of mpp s

I got a delivery number . On checking it said my DJI parcel was in China check in to go to Rotterdam ( the Netherlands ) . That was on the 15 th...
I called dhl today and they called back that they don’t know where the shipment is...
they would contact China and call me back
They did and told me they have no idea where it is and they will try and find out..
Anybody else is waiting for dhl ?

Yup,

Shipped to Spain on the 17th. Nothing since leaving Shenzen that evening.



UPDATE:

My MPP is touring Europe at the moment. After a brief stop in the East Midlands UK, it flew on to Brussels and is due to be in Barcelona later today.

Mine arrived yesterday !
Took some phone calls but it’s here !
