Dirt runway near fly with caution

So in the late 60's to the early 70's we had a dirt runway in town. In the last 20 to 30 years the land was sold and houses were built on, near and around the area of the old site. Why is this warning on DJI's NFZ ?

will do, just checked, it was active from 1946 to 1986

Yeah I have a guy who used to fly planes by me and no longer dose sold all of his planes but is still shoots me a warning unpaved runway fly with caution

So warnings from the local airports (2), an AFB a prison and i believe the California poppy reserve brings one up. At least i can fly around for the most part. Iv'e seen a few posts where people cant even power the thing up and fly where they live.
