Hey all
I have a DJI air 2s in the camera calibration screen I can see camera is working but when connected to phone is shows a black screen and not functions of camera. I purchased this second hand no signs of damage has the latest and greatest firmware
I performed the calibration to see if there was actually a camera issue .the camera options are not available.the live view is the only major issue along with the gimbal issue. Yes it is logged in
It's just a guess but "incompatible gimbal" would seem to me that the camera has been replaced but has not been paired to the main board. DJI or authorized repair centers would be the only ones that have the proprietary software for that. You might send it somewhere like @DDS to have them take a look at it.
