DJI comes through!

I've noted numerous posts indicating problems with service from DJI so I thought this might be refreshing.

Sent drone to repair in Texas last Monday.

Received confirmation of receipt late in the week

Received notification that assessment had began yesterday.

Received quotation/invoice today.

Two broken outer housings and one broken gimbal arm under $400.

Much better than I expected!!! Last thread I read they wanted within $100 of a new drone.

I can drop $400 for being an idoit and survive. Not bad in today's world imho.

I sent in a mavic pro 2. No, I did not purchase the care option. I am going to now, lol.
