While I have the same problem with the number of shots in Waypoint mode, I'd just like to mention that the RAW files (now even in 8K) can be read, color corrected, and edited by DaVinci Resolve, even in the free version (at least on a Mac, I'm not sure about PC).
This is possible since the older RAW format in some of their cameras was DNG too. IMHO, the 48 mpx photos have a bit more detail. Not really double, but still visible.
Anybody found a way around the short clips when Waypoint mode is not covering a huge distance?
