I would Call B&H PHOTO and place my order through them. Maybe explain what happened when you tried to buy direct they might get a kick out of costing the DJI store a sale Who knows.
REALLY-Unless you are making a purchase of over 10,000 dollars They should not be asking you for Proof of funds and There is nothing I can think of as to why they would want you to state that you will not use a Mini under Part 107 that alone raises a huge flag IMO. Are you saying someone at DJI told you that you could not use a mini 4 for Part 107 flights. because that just doesn't add up.

Your post reads that you got an email from DJI. Thats a bit different than ordered from. I was attempting to decide if the DJI email that you received was truly legitimate. Sorry for the confusion.

It’s seems to be a simple purchase and once you submit payment they can verify available funds. No need to see bank info. Unless it is a multi payment purchase. Not sure dji does that
