Does anyone know if DJI insurance covers bird attacks? I lost a Mavic pro to a Bald eagle last week. I observed four Eagles on the banks of the river afterward probably trying to figure out what to do with the in Mavic. By the time I got down there it was gone as were the birds. Heaven only knows where it is now, unfortunately log didn’t pick up the bird kidnaping, so all I have is visual. Bazaar but true. I am looking into State Farm insurance for the future, but I don’t know if even they would cover this fiasco in the future. Thanks for your help.

DJI Care Refresh does cover bird attacks, but you must send in your Mavic in order to use the insurance. It does not cover lost aircraft.

Thanks for the response guys. I try to fly responsibly but who would’ve thought? Live and learn. I’m beginning to agree with Franklin our national symbol should’ve been a turkey.
