No this isn't another compliant about their repair service. I have a Mavic 2 Zoom, about 1 month old. As many of you know the mini usb port on the controller can be broken if you don't pay close attention to plug orientation. Well I didn't and damaged the port. Needed to send into DJI for repair.
Went through the normal online service report and submitted a repair request. Before the day was out I had a e-mail from DJI with instructions to send it into them. They would pay for shipping and supplied a shipping label. One week later I received a new controller. My what a long wait. Considering at least 2 days shipping to and from each way, what a pleasant surprise.
Wrote this post just to inform people that DJI repair service is good, at least in my case. Just thought I would write this to post a positive event for a amazing drone.
