Haven't seen this discussed, probably because sans M4P, I had little reason to pay attention. Now I do, and this feature has me intrigued.

From what little I can find, it sounds like the high dynamic range HQ mode on the Mini3P recycled and beefed up a bit with some better post-capture processing in the image pipeline.

Anybody have anything detailed about this? If nothing else I gotta hand it to DJI, "Dual ISO Fusion" does sound a lot sexier than "High Quality Mode". Attaboys for the marketing team 😆

Thanks, Roger.

Looks like I'm right – they simply came up with a snazzier name for the dual ISO HDR-like HQ modes in the Mini3P.

And no doubt improved some downstream processing too.
