Yup to all points above ^^^^^. Remember, nobody really cares about your drone footage beyond two minutes unless you're telling a story.
For a panorama, the panorama sure is blurry. And your highlights are a little blown out. Expose more for your highlights/and or choose shots requiring a smaller dynamic range.
Use "Cinemetic" or "tripod" modes to slow down the jerky pans.
Keep pictures of yourself out of the video.
What you've got left is a two minute edit. If you can incorporate a compelling story, great. Otherwise it's just a home movie.
