Using the DJI store mobile app, customer service told me my order should be shipped on August 29th.
My order was placed on 2018-08-23 at 16:19:27 (UTC).
They said I'll receive an email when the carrier picks up the order for transport.
I hope that helps others have an idea of when they might expect theirs to ship.
