Have a Mavic Air 2, have had it a year with Care refresh - just got nagged to renew for Care refresh + are there any coupons or hints on getting this cheaper. (I am in Australia).

Odds of needing Refresh after your first year of flying incident free diminishes significantly. Self insuring is far cheaper, and you can use the policy renewal cost and the claim deductible cost towards replacing it with a newer, better drone, should you be so unlucky as to have an incident where you crash the drone. Air 2S would be a significant upgrade for not much more. The MA2 batteries, hub, and the RC are all fully compatible with the Air 2S. No need for an Air 2S FlyMore kit!

Can you get 3rd Party insurance like for your car - but drone? Way better in the US for sure to go that route if available versus DJI.
