  • i I get the error 'Failed to start point of interest ' "product does not support intelligent flight modes "
I have upgraded and downgraded firmwares multiple times...
What could seriously be the reason for this? I had another drone that did something similar to this but active track wouldn't work neither would the gesture option.
But this mavic pro is giving me this fault only on point of interest. It is really f%@king me off because I really like POI. Can someone please lead me in the right direction of how I can fix this as there's no other posts on it?

Would appreciate any help.

Please don't ask if I've got the slider on sport mode or if intelligent flight modes are enabled etc.

Thanks guys!

I will try and help BUT what am I supposed to ASK ?
How about: Are you in the right mode? Are you high enough off the ground? How about -ARE you using a SAMSUNG Galaxy S5?
I won't ask if a firmware update has changed any settings, or if you moved a switch on the Drone or controller tho, promise.
I will also not bring up the point that the display you show says 27% battery when you need at least 50.

POI was working fine a few weeks back it seemed to be after upgrading and downgrading firmwares that arose this issue. Currently on 1.04.0300
Have downgraded to 1.03.0400 and then slowly moved back up with the issue still happening on all firmwares. .0700 1.04.0100-.0500. Very strange issue can't find anyone with the same problem.

It wont work without the battery charged past 50% Also each time you do something with the firmware your setting will revert back- you have to go and readjust everything at times.

Is this possibly my issue? The battery possibly hasn't been past 50% charge when doing the firmwares after doing it so many times

Sorry just reread. I'm pretty sure I've done it as soon as I've booted the drone up and still getting that error. So definitely past the 50% charge for POI

You cant activate it on the ground. if memory serves you need to be at least 30m?
I'm aware of that lol the app tells you what min height etc.
I get to the point of the correct height and then move the drone to the side to move away from the poi chosen and after clicking next or whatever that's when I get that error in the screenshot.
