Firmware problems

I'm trying to update f/w to 0400. If I use app it reaches 67% and drone restarts and fail install. If I use assistant it hits 40% and done restarts and fails. I tried to refresh 0100 and seems it went well but now drone says it's on 0400 but cam gives image and now says no sd card and no info from cam like iso, info

Try updating using app on cellular using data for the update . Both Aircraft and controller on during update. Full batteries as well. Also re install DJI Go 4 app if you have any issues.

Thanks for the response, but I have tried reinstalling app, I've tried reinstalling assistant get same results, I have no problem upgrading or down grading remote it's something with drone

Are you using a USB hub when connecting to the PC? People have reported that that can cause trouble.

No wired straight to drone, I've tried wired to RC then connect to drone but can't update

Try a different USB cable. I have had those fail quit often.

My firmware update on new Air is stuck on 99% via wifi from iphone.....and controller.....?
