what do you guys think, i need to learn all the features in lightroom but i think it is pretty good.

but i need to learn not to get the glare from the sun in the lens, which filters (ND or UV) do i have to use?

None, the more glass you have the more reflexions you'll get.

A ND filter is essentially sunglasses for your lens. Nd filters come in various densities. The darker they are, the more you can slow down your shutter or open your lens.

I read about all of it a lot, but I’m still learning so, I’m not sure. I could recommend you image enhancer software which helps me a lot, because it’s easy to handle for a newbies, but in case you’re a professional you might like it as well. There are a lot of different filters and presets and everything is pretty understandable.
