Any suggestions on best tools for fixing hyperlapse POV drift? I've been messing around with FFMpeg, Adobe premier, etc and it seems like everything is geared toward "camera shake" which is not the same as the kind of drift the MA2 hyperlapses have. Love to hear what others are doing. Thanks!

Here's an example of a hyperlapse that has POV drift:

After Effects. It's the only way. There are a number of good YouTube vids on this very subject.

My understanding is that After Effects works if there is a reference object in the picture that is supposed to remain stationary and does not change in size throughout the footage. I am afraid such object is absent in the example given by the OP.

All I can see is typical shakiness in hyperlapse footage. The stabilized and original hyperlapse taken with my M2P :

Does anybody know if DaVinci Resolve can smooth out hyperlapse shakiness?

Yes but not as good as Premiere Pro. I have done a comparison earlier :

Nothing helps more than flying in calm air.

Very true, and also keeping a good distance from the subject . I was stupid enough to get this close in my first attempt :

I shot this yesterday with my MA2 in hyperlapse moving forward then backwards and it seems to have come out pretty stable with no post stabilizing. The only editing I did was merging the two shooting sessions together with a dissolve transition. I do see a little bit of wavering but attribute that to the 7-10 mph winds we were experiencing at the time.
