My Mavic has had this issue from virtually day one right out of the box. Have done every physical check of hardware & every calibration known including prop balance and vibration check. Nothing worked until I found this solution. Put a Polar Pro ND filter on it the jello disappeared. Not saying it will work for all but when all else failed it worked for me, 12 flights since using filter No Jello.

Never had a speck of jello with mine... knock on wood.

Glad you found a “cure” but that’s unacceptable.

I’d be sending that bad boy back!

Yup I'm thinking there was a lot that was sent out with improperly balanced gimbals, glad this worked for me, didn't want to send it back for a refurbished unit with maybe another whole set of problems. Other than that it was any easy fix as I now always use the appropriate ND filter on all my DJI's. Also allows for much nicer video in manual settings.
 
Yes, looks like the weight of the filter evens out the camera shake. But that's still a bad defect--send it back!
