Gimbal motor temperatures; anyone know what is the max temperature without frying a motor?

Our fragile gimbals have fragile motors. These motors will get very hot if you leave the gimbal lock on after you power it up and if you perform high G activities.

Does anyone know what is the max temperature a brushless motor can get to without frying a motor?
