Gimbal problem

Hi. My name is Max. I'm having problems with the gimbal. It doesn't work at all. When I power the drone the gimbal doesn't move. In the application near the gimbal check appears N/A and never takes foto and video. Everything happened after a falling. I just changed the flat ribbon, but never changed. The sensors connected to the same gimbal board works perfectly. Can someone suggest to me how can I solve the problem or what can I try?

Maybe @Thunderdrones can help you out, he's a great drone mechanic apparently and very helpful with advice too.
He may be close enough to you to sent it to if necessary, but can't see where you are located.
