Hi, in the second half of June I'll be visiting Amsterdam, I was guessing if this website is updated:
Drone no-fly zones | ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu
If it's updated, it looks like I'll have to go to Zandvoort, Zaandam or south of Amsterdam in order to take some shoots.
BTW some suggestions for a farmland area where they grow tulips? Or are they almost ubiquitous in Holland farmland?
Thanks in advance

There is a nice nature area called 't Twiske just north outside the NFZ. Have a look on the NFZ map....it is between Oostzaan and Landsmeer. It is a 20 minute bicycle ride from the center. The area is full of bicycle paths between water. There are some nice dunes there and there is a good looking windmill :)

Do yourself a favour and rent a bike to go around. To cross to the north side of town there is a free bicycle ferry just behind central station.

Here is some info in English: Het Twiske recreational area

Ha Vilco,
No, tulips are not all over the place, they are grown mainly in North and South Holland (The area around Amsterdam). Not sure whether they will be still growing in the mid of summer though.
In addition to earlier mentioned spots, it may be cool to fly around the castle called "Muiderslot" near Muiden.

Thanks you both, Tmoerel and JoostGT3, I took note of the places you mentioned, they all look good!
As for the bike, very good idea renting a couple bikes to get beyond Central Station, and not just there
Dank je wel

I just returned from there. Spent two weeks in Leiden (about 1 hour south of Amsterdam) and surrounding areas. The major farms are in the area are between Leiden and Noordwijk-Binnen. In fact if you look at the map and drawn a line between those two cities, you find a host of farms to check out. Keukenhof is the park area where they have the flower shows. There are plenty of farms around that park too which have some nice shots. Unfortunately you will be hitting the area just after prime flower time. Usually you find the best fields for photographing between late March to later April. But you never know with the weather and some farms may keep growing into June. There are plenty of roadways bwteen these farms and small towns for cars and bikes. We used a small car and had no problems getting to just about every field. Took my Mavic and had great success with it. Here are some of the shots: Netherlands - Belgium - 2017 - MickeyPix . I haven't posted all of them yet but this should give you an idea of what is out there. Let me know if you need any help with this. Be glad to help out.

If you fly in Amsterdam do not take video of the ladies in the window displays. They don't like that unless you pay extra. Also do not go into any of the coffee shops eights hours before each flight. Your eye hand coordination may be impaired. [emoji41][emoji23]
