Google Drive and 4K

Ok I am like at my wits end right now. No one at Apple, google, dji or anywhere seems to have a concrete answer for these 2 questions

1) I am trying to save videos from my drone that I’ve uploaded to google drive, to my iphone 7. No matter what I do. It just absolutely will not friggin save. It just keeps saying “preparing to export” but never ends up doing anything. That’s 1 thing.

2) I shot in 4K from my Mavic yesterday for the first time and the footage just doesn’t look great. Looks very grainy on every platform I try to view it with.

I am so frustrated and I just need help. Any helps please message me. Thank you

Have you tried mpc-hc on the pc for viewing

Are you viewing the footage on the SD card, or the phone? The phone always saves a low resolution copy.

Please clarify number one. What’s your source device and destination device. I don’t think you can download on an iPhone, but you should be able to upload.
