Harassment by drone using neighbor. Help!

No it wouldn’t. I live in Alaska and I dare you to fly into my property I’ll shoot it down and keep it.. nothing whatsoever will happen to me

There is a federal law regarding shooting down aircraft and since they deemed RC aircraft real aircraft you would be breaking federal law. Period.
