Has anyone ever considered a helium assisted drone setup?

I was thinking with a helium aided drone your airtime could be vastly extended. Something like with the mini which is light. But it would take a bit more of a contraption then just attaching a balloon to it. And you might need a device to deflate the balloon some to bring it down. No doubt you would only fly on calmer days. Not sure about the legality of it.

It has been talked about but the necessary volume of the ballon would turn the drone into a sail and or the equivalent of a sea anchor.
