Has anyone noticed an inaccurate height reading in the DJI app while flying their drone? I did some testing and it appears to be off.

The height is based on the takeoff point. If you fly up a 500 foot mountain and hover 50 feet above it, altitude will read 550, not 50. Other than that, I haven't noticed any real issues with the altitude.

Basically I flew the drone next to items oic known height and compared them to the display reading while hovering.
Did you take off from the ground right next to those items?

Just curious if the accuracy of the altitude setting.
As @Mavflyer noted above, the altitude is always the height above the takeoff point. It's calculated using the Mavic's internal barometer, so it's only going to be an estimate. That estimate should be close though.
