I have an A2 on a Tarot T960 rig so I am well acquainted with DJI and the rules for UAV's...

Thanks for the Forum! I bought the platform mainly for its size and the camera... It'll be interesting to see how it evolves.

Hello Bob. I also live in Grand Junction, CO. I received my Mavic two weeks ago (ordered 9/29). Only had a chance to fly it 3 times, but it is a lot of fun and amazingly small.

I am curious, where do you typically fly?

I usually fly my Tarot T960 out on the North Fruita Desert north of Loma... There is a lot of open territory and interesting geology up there...

Hey COBob & AllHobbies, I ordered my Mavic Oct 4th and have had it about a week. Nevewr really flew any quads but did mess around with some small micro helis a few years ago. This thing is redicoulusly easy to fly.
