Hey from Houston (Meyerland area), buying 1st drone

I'm still looking for a good place to fly around here. Harris county and Houston has an ordinance against flying drones in parks

I can't speak to the flying conditions in Harris county and Houston but here where I live in Virginia, I live in the overlapping Class D Airspace of an Air Force Base and an International Airport… Additionally, my county does not allow any drones flying from county property (schools, parks, etc…) And my home is in the Zero Altitude Quadrant of the AF Base. I could not even fly in my own yard until I acquired my part 107 Certification…
