I want to make my MA more visible, and want to spray paint the dull black of the prop guards to a high visibility fluorescent color like orange, or cerise. I got a can that was the right color, but it promptly started peeling off after it dried, so I need something that sticks to the plastic. Anybody have any experience with painting these kind of plastics or ideas?

BTW, I already have two Firehouse strobes mounted.

I painted Phantom prop guards once upon a time. Stayed on. Maybe paint again, before it dries spray with a clear acrylic . . .Might be worth a try. Also try different type of paint. Ask your paibt store why doesnt stay on. Good luck!
