How to shutdown dji smart controller when it's updating?

Hi,
I'm new here but not new in using Mavic.

I have a problem and that is in this last update smart controller hangs in updating and its been in 0% at least an hour. Nothing happens.
Is there a way to hard reset or boot the controller because normal shutdown doesn't work.

I really appreciate your help!

TRY: Press and HOLD the Power button for 10+ seconds. Good luck.

full reset option of C1+C2+Shutter+Power on.

Ah; one of those moves that require incredible dexterity! But what does it do? That is merely reboot out of a lockup or does it erase/wipe the controller back to "as shipped" state? Erasing 3rd party apps, etc? Or merely reset options back to factory settings and power back on?

I’ve done this with no problems after restarting.
It goes back to whatever firmware it was before (mine did)

Yes, I noticed. Thanks... DJI's own support really sucks. It should be 24/7.
