How to switch to 4k 30fps video recording

Wondering how we can switch to 4k 30fps. My Mavic whether on NTFS or PAL only seems to have an option for 24fps when 4k is selected. What am I missing? Thanks!!!

Are you in the 3840x2160 4K?

From the specs:
C4K: 4096×2160 24p
4K: 3840×2160 24/25/30p

The second setting at 3840 x 2160 is closest to 16:9 and usually best anyway.

On mine C4k shows 24 fps , and 4k know shows 24 and 25 fps. Not 30 fps. The ks for any help on this guys !

Your mavic must be faulty because everyone else's has 30fps available with the 3840 option.

I had 25 fps with one of my Mavics and 30 fps with the other. Googled WTF. This thread came up. Thanks for your help.
