Thinking this was not the best forum, I re-created the full post in the General Forum. I can't seem to find how to take down my post. So I will leave it with this:

I crashed my Mavic. DJI's instructions regarding what to send to get a Refresh replacement seem contradictory. What should I send to DJI? Of course the body and the gimbal (now hanging from what looks like threads), but what about the controller, the battery, the props? Any other tips to expedite return?

"If you purchase DJI Care Refresh (Mavic Pro/Spark), send the aircraft, gimbal, camera and propellers. In order to shorten logistics time, please do not send back the battery if it works well. "
