If you registered with IACRA, the FAA's Certificate Web Site, since February 28, you need to view this video and you may have to re-register to correct Technical Issues they had with their Web Site…

Some Applications were deleted and there may be issues with the FTN number assigned to you when you took the Exam and may have been assigned to someone else also…

Maybe there will be some glitch in the dronezone registration database that has nothing to do with a title.
