Turn mavic upside down and see if the gimbal tabs have jolted out of location.
This can happen surprisingly easily, some have even arrived like this - no harm done once eased back into place

As stated, above it is not unusual for the back gimbal tab to pop out with a small crash, pull the front two out, put in the back, then the front two again.

It’s happened to myself yesterday too guys, bloody sport mode strikes again haha small crash and the gimble popped up.
Just a heads up too, make sure you go into gimble settings and auto align it for peice of mind that it’s correct too
