Guys,

I am a newb yes I know,... dang, ...

ok so when I look at my Android phone, used as Go 4 App device, and device gallery and subsequent pix from the mavic, they seem to be only 940X560 or something like that. How can I get the fullsize .DNG (if possible) or just the fullsize .JPG onto the device?

Am I a dumb***? ... don't answer that LOL

Not a dumb***. I’m Not sure what everyone else does but I import the raw file into Lightroom do whatever edits and then if I want to share I sync my Apple phone and pick the photos I want from there. I’m actually not sure that the pics from the go4 app can be anything larger than they are,but I’m pretty sure someone here will know that.

Your best play here is to copy the SD card from the Mavic to your computer and manage the full size images there. The Go4 app images are garbage, and there are way better phone apps for viewing images on your phone. Personally, I edit my 'keepers' on my computer then throw them into Dropbox - where I can easily grab them from my phone.

You have your DJI Go app set to store cached images on your device. These are greatly reduced photos. You can use the app to transfer photos from the SD card in the Mavic to your device but it is not the easiest thing and a little slow.

Thnx guys, ...in the meantime I already just grabbed the SD Card and shoved it into the most intimate opening of my laptop and VOILA,... I also microUSB'd the bird directly which also works. So I will use GO only for actual flying/configuring instead of image mods. :) Go JAGS
