IMU button won't start

Brand new Mavrick pro, trying to go through the IMU calibration process but when I hit "start" nothing happens. I can see that everything is on and connected. I've restarted this 4 times now, but the process doesn't even begin. WHY???

Did you put your Mavic on a table as the illustration shows?

Restarting my phone solved the issue
