why IMU calibration nead to been done with battery charge over 50% if it does not take much time? is there another reason than is differente from the case the drone stwiches off? Because some time i did it with the battery level up to 30 - 40% and after i read about the 50%. Can someone help me with this issue?

I know you don't want to do ANY firmware updates with a less than fully charged battery.
As to the IMU calibration, I don't know. But it would be prudent to do these things with a fully charged battery, safer than sorry.
