Inspire X5s vs M2P

Post 6? Sheesh! How on earth did I miss that!? ?

Yes, that's exactly what I needed to know, but somehow overlooked it.

Thanks a bunch for all the replies.
I ended up deciding against the purchase and invested a portion of that money into overhauling my wife's editing PC.

(It was still running a Pentium Core 2 Quad with 4G of RAM.)

I don't understand how it consistently handled her 30mp RAW files in Photoshop without crashing.

How does the image quality of photos taken by the Inspire 2 in RAW compare to those taken by the M2P?
It really depends on the situation. X5S has interchangeable lenses and even the stock lens is very fast at f/1.7 along with the larger sensor gives it far superior low light performance. Several of the supported lenses are zooms so you can zoom in and out which is really nice. These make for a much more versatile camera.

Having said that if you aren't going to be using it for video the I2 probably isn't worth lugging around. It would be like using a cinema camera to take photos only.

Broad daylight, subject far from the camera, apples to apples not taking interchangeable lenses into account the photos taken from the I2 are about the same as the M2Pro.
