The answer from the UAS Help Desk confirms that the Class E extensions to KPOU are E4 and do not require clearance and as a result there is no LAANC coverage.

I responded back asking why the UASFM shows them as E2 which would require clearance. If I get a response from that query I will relay the information.

In flysafe it is a blue authorization zone at least for the airport.

Easiest way is to find out turning on the drone to see what it feels like or just end up bumping some zone while flying.
