Is it really recording video at 30 or 29.97 fps? Air 2S but would like a general answer.

Whenever I import a Air 2S video shot at 30 fps into Davinci Resolve it asks if I want to change the frame rate for the project settings of 30 fps. Without making this a Davinci Resolve question I am wondering if I am really recording at 29.97 fps and not 30 with the Air 2S. If so, are there other fps settings that may not be 100% accurate? Is 30 fps really 29.97 industry wide?

30 fps is actually 29,97 fps. And 60 fps is 59,94

After watching the video does an Air 2S in Europe, PAL based, record at 30 then?
