If the drone's working fine, I'd say don't fix what ain't broke. It's theoretically possible that it could corrode something, but lubricants aren't the usual suspects for that, and it's also possible to break something by messing with it further.
I had recently sprayed some cleaning solution that I shouldn’t have () into the gimbal of my drone to clean it. Upon turning the drone on the gimbal is completely unresponsive.
