Is this new ribbon cable in good condition

My cable has arrived.
I've not opened the sealed packet until I'm sure it's OK.
Already I have noticed some differences. There is no extra plastic protection in key areas, the Y symbol is missing.
But it appears to be in good condition, no apparent breaks, using a magnifying glass.
Can anyone confirm I'm good to install please.
