more like. . . . .Great capture. Glad you were prepared to get the shot when it appeared. My biggest complaint about this image is that I didn't take it 
My guess is; this is a frame from video, still it is one of the closest captures of an Eagle in flight that is not attacking the drone that I have seen.
Out of nowhere is exactly what they do!
I had a close one at the beach just hovering.
Bird dove just in time.

You should do a screen grab off the card directly, as opposed to the transmitted image to your iPad. All these digital artifacts are just killing what is otherwise a pretty impressive image. I'd like to see the MicroSD card image. Standing by....
