Japan - Tokyo/Kanto area meet up?

Hello there, Setagaya ward in Tokyo here. Ya, i know old thread, but who knows ? Just got a Mavic Air 2 yesterday evening, after years wishing for a drone (had 2 already, but both crap toys which were never controllable). As i'm into photography since years (D750, landscape travel castles gardens) i really needed to add this arrow to my bow, and hope despite the highly restrictive japanese laws to be able to shot nice footages soon. Currently checking where would be the most convenient for me to set my training base camp (maybe Tama or Inagi area ?). Any tips or connection to Tokyo pilots would be awesome. Have a nice day ! =)
