Laggy video

Hi all
I'm new here and also to drone video shoots. I've been taking some videos using my Mavic Air and I keep getting laggy videos.
When I use the DJI GO app to edit the videos.....the laggy videos shows clearly.
Any mistakes that I did?

The videos are a lower resolution than what is stored on the quad SD card, and are what you see on the screen of the app, as such if you have a low signal to the quad then the video will also be laggy, the air uses standard wifi i think so the quality is going to be low, unlike the Mavic Pro which uses Occusync.
